1. Event Overview

Event Name: Women Over 50 Connect Virtual Speed-Networking Event

Fee: $5 USD per session

2. Registration & Payment

Registration is required to secure a spot.

The fee for each session is $5 USD, payable at the time of registration.

Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, the fee will not be reimbursed or credited to future events.

4. Attendance Requirements

Participants must join on time to fully benefit from the networking experience. Late arrivals may miss portions of the event.

A camera-on environment is encouraged for better engagement.

Participants must join via Zoom with a stable internet connection.

5. Code of Conduct

This event is designed to be professional, respectful, and relaxed.

Solicitation or sales pitches are strictly prohibited.

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without a refund.

6. Event Content

The event includes guided conversation starters and small group discussions—no preparation required.

The organizer reserves the right to adjust the schedule or format if necessary.

7. Recording Disclaimer

The event will not be recorded to ensure a confidential and safe networking space.

Participants may not record or share event content without prior written consent from the organizer.
